You are too nice Baudoin ... but hey you don't know the fellow and you haven't taken your head with him already on this subject during many contemptuous messages ...

So I will summarize, once again, my point of view in 3 points (but he will not understand, he is not there to understand he is there to do his troll job ...) on this state scam that is the prosumer tax:

a) I have no worries to participate in reasonable network costs (a few tens of € per year)

b) I have a big worries with a tax retroactive which represents more than 60% of my bill with my solar investment (much more in other cases).

Retroactive tax which destroys the profitability of installations which have not been assisted and which are the most recent.

With the oldest installations, helped and already profitable it is different ... more acceptable but they were scammed on the system of green certificates but that's another matter

when is it consumers will be taxed on the variability of their consumption then only then prosumers could be taxed on the variability of their production

I bet he didn't read your .pdf: https://www.econologie.com/tarif-prosum ... ppression/

Okay, but on what basis do you estimate that the network costs, in your case, should be a few tens of € per year?

There are regulators who are responsible for calculating this (the CWAPE in your case, the CRE in France, ... etc ...). I have never seen network fees of a few tens of € per year in the countries surrounding France. Examples?

Just to see...

Did you take your pills?

Wallonia?

The problem with ENR, uh ENI rather (intermittent energies), is that they produce irregularly. Overproduction when it's windy or sunny, underproduction in the event of anti-cyclones, in winter when it's cold and dark and power is needed. It's too bad...
So the network must be sized for extreme and very fluctuating cases. In addition, we know that it becomes unstable if there are no large power plants to impose the frequency so we have to keep them, and also to provide the juice when we really need it. This all has a cost. And you complain about the price to pay rather than the idea of producing energy when you don't need it, or not producing it when you need it? Give up your connection to the network if you think you are being cheated.

Those who do not have the skills of tradespeople and never really got their hands dirty have little idea of the technical constraints and the complexity of the means to be implemented to obtain a stable network. Ditto in telecom networks. When you ignore an area, everything looks easy from a distance. If it's easy, then it shouldn't be expensive ...
The idea that the production of a network or anything, is research, inventiveness, human energy, material and above all a lot of work, so that techno has a cost, today seems absent. But they still want a network. Butter, and the money of butter, unfortunately nothing very new, except that today the farmer's ass seems to interest them less than to break that of the farmers

Well, same question ... Can you name countries around France where the tariffs for the use of networks are a few tens of € per year for an individual?

Useless question. This price is obviously ridiculous, out of all reality. The method is to say anything, then show bad faith, kick in touch, or insult you as soon as they are asked to justify their statements or when they express an opinion different from theirs.

They do not engage in dialogue, they assert their ideology, in defiance of reason or debate, by blaming anything, with improbabilities, and defamation of people and institutions.
As proof of the other thread where Gadget claims that UNSCEAR, the UN body which investigated Fukushima, would be in charge of the nuclear industry. No evidence presented of course. But the IPCC, another UN body, does not see it at the boot of green industry or governments!
In the thread of humor, his expression is "pure shit from a devious colonist of 68 (ex-lousy leftist)", on the philosopher and sociologist Jean-Pierre Le Goff, without of course any justification or personal reflection , just insult, typical reaction of hate intolerance to contradictory ideas.
Always in the lie, the manipulation, the selective indignation, the gratuitous affirmation to the punch, the prejudice and the renunciation of intellectual honesty. And the insult.

If still they did it without insulting ... If still the moderators played their role ... But on the contrary, the warnings, it is for those who write the innocuous "one must keep an open mind, of course, but not like a garbage can ”, not for someone who calls you“ idiots ”. Would they train pit bulls to intimidate any opponent and self-censor? I even come to wonder.

Mrs the administrators of the place, do you want to purr in your certainties? Want some unique thinking? Say it frankly rather than encouraging this petty intellectual despotism!

Dare to say the sweetie who has been drooling his imprecations since he was inscribed on this forum, a parrot which only sources itself from lobbyist "information", lies, fakes, promotes with good small hand all that it calls "progress" and which does not work but poisons, kills, impoverishes, selects by the money, corrupt, justifying the whole by filthy maxims like "one does not make an omelet without breaking eggs", sweeping aside with the back of the hand contemptuously all that comes from the "leftist sphere", baba cool and others green haired, which he describes as fascists, Green Khmers. The intellectual honesty of this nothingness is expressed through more lousy and outdated sources (ah the incredible episode of the 500 scientists signing a climate-negationist manifesto !!!) each other: neo-liberal transhumanist think tanks, studies biased, rigged, obsolete "scientists" retired with real / false courses, internal communications from industrialists, lobbyist leaflets for gogos "for a better world" and the contempt he has for humans and living things in general. You no longer exist, Tryphon.
