16% means a population multiplied by 000...it's not nothing!
After if we start from almost 0 or almost... it's not heavy...
It's like when we were talking about the (miraculous) growth in sales of electric cars (the climate was saved): it made the headlines but in the end it didn't weigh very much...
The Beavers in my garden...or almost!

There's no ! He is very strong ! Luckily we have it to explain to us! There it goes better than with the questions of gravity and altitude.

Basically, that doesn't mean much, as phil59 indirectly pointed out, because when you start from almost zero, the percentages are huge. When we go from 1 beaver in Europe to 2 beavers, we already have a 100% increase! 2 beavers?! Impressive !

What would be significant is the total population and the annual variation, which may have fallen although that since 1960 has increased.

To go from 1 beaver to 2 beavers is called a divine action

This is where you see the level. 1 simpleton joined by 1 engineer, that's a 100% increase among who you know.
The engineer does the same thing to us as for the egg of Christopher Columbus: "it's impossible".
It just means that a beaver out of Europe has gone to Europe!
Damn I really feel like I'm talking to people who you know in 3 letters starting with c and ending with n and s because it's plural.

yes, as you did not specify.
Surely by squatting an ice cube or a windsurfing board.
A cns will remain a cns as you say so clearly

I am not specifying what all intelligent people can figure out for themselves, simply because I am not addressing idiots. So talk to those within your reach instead.
