The Assizes of habitat Leroy Merlin, To invent the house of tomorrow Paris, March 16 and 17, 2011
What will the habitat of tomorrow be? At a time when everything is moving, when our lives are accelerating, when each project must be settled as quickly as possible, housing appears to be the main and unwavering place of healing and healing. Whether we ask the question of renovation or construction, adaptation, health, the environment or energy in the home, an idea is emerging more and more strongly: the place and the essential role of the inhabitant at the heart of these different processes.
Leroy Merlin Source, a resource center created in 2005 by Leroy Merlin, is thinking of inventing the house of tomorrow through specialized working groups made up of experts and professionals in the housing sector. Their results and perspectives will take on their full relief during the first Leroy Merlin Home Conference, To invent the house of tomorrow, organized in Paris (Red Carpet Show) on March 16 and 17, 2011.

Housing, environment and health:

- roles and functions of plants in the habitat

Habitat and Autonomy:

- inventive professionals and inhabitants for an evolving habitat
- people and technology: smart home, caring home
- energy consumption, economic and environmental constraints: what new uses? Benoist APPARU, Secretary of State for Housing, will open on Wednesday March 16 at 9:00 a.m.
