We would have continued to treat as before there would have been fewer deaths and hospitalizations
2021, as many deaths as last year, more at home, the policing of doctors is very expensive… How many untreated pneumopathies?
Barely fewer deaths from covid in 2021 but an excess mortality as high as in 2020...50 more deaths, including 000 more... at home. The situation is catastrophic in nursing homes. For more than two years, the oldest have been main victims of the ban on early care, the lack of care for all winter respiratory pathologies.

Without speaking about the authorization of Midazolam which had to allow to complete the pains and the old people who had less money.

Well you don't write your titles in capital letters anymore!
Di Borgo just RTed you:

excellent analysis by Gibertie although he does not insist enough, in my opinion, on the reasons why, among the hospitalized vaccinated elderly people, there are proportionally fewer deaths than the unvaccinated. On the other hand, the bouzobis should explain to us all the tables and figures that Gibertie posts, it is indeed bouzobis the self-proclaimed specialist in stats.

While Obamot, with your continued support, explained to us in this thread that there was no excess mortality in 2020:

simpleton
For Obamot, I took no position on the figures themselves, I don't get involved. I said and I repeat, you cannot declare the winner of a match while it is being played. We will therefore see at the end when the period of the usual 10 years phase three will be completed, not before.
On the other hand, and I support it 100%, a healthy lifestyle can prevent most infections like this "big" flu in 95% or more[*] of positives or not.
Finally, and I keep saying it, no vaccine has ever prevented or eliminated any pathology whatsoever, as shown by the official stats since the start of vaccinations, you just have to check it yourself! It's just a "religious" placebo myth intended to reassure frightened populations, which does not prevent anything in nocebo.
[*] to make fun of Pfitzer announcing unverifiable figures.
PS. If you want answers to your questions, start by answering those that have been asked!
According to the overall mortality curves, it was higher than the two previous years, which in times of epidemic is not extraordinary. The question posed and unresolved is that deaths were attributed to covid while the majority of deaths are in the elderly, frail and with comorbidities / Is it due to comorbidities with a covid boost or mortality due to covid exclusively? Don't mix everything! While Obamot, with your continued support, explained to us in this thread that there was no excess mortality in 2020:

I copy here to make it clearer the answer you made on the other thread, as well as my answer:
so full quote from janic” 07/08/21, 09:44:
The reality is quite different and already seen and reviewed. The surplus, if there was any, would not exceed 20.000 at random as the previous two years had seen a sharp decline, seasonal flu almost disappeared replaced by covid. on the other hand, excessive dramatization just to sell miracle vaccines on frightened guinea pigs like a wolf among sheep.
this is just a note related to everything previously posted, text/context!
Note for understanding: Janic speaks of excess mortality for 2020 compared to 2019
My response: Really? A sharp drop?
2016: 593865
2017: 606274
2018: 609648
2019: 613243

No, but you understand Janic, Dopey is “a genius” (and there are bad ones) but he can't read!
I didn't say

I said
It being understood that if there was an excess mortality (which remains to be proven), it was surely and above all due to the scandal of the mass closure of hospital beds, to measures aimed at preventing treatment with molecules like HCQ and of course to the comorbidities that it was due to, in particular obesity which acted like an unpinned grenade.Obamot wrote:(taking into account five-year weighted data)
I propose to put an end to this thorny question once and for all:
Was there a excess mortality due to covid in 2020, or not?
health-pollution-prevention / was-there-excess-mortality-in-2020-or-not-t16958.html # p459328
There are those who go further than me and who claim that there would have been no excess mortality at all in 2021.
If we admit this sliding average over five years, Pierre Chaillot (from Décode l'éco), someone serious, redid all the calculations and was able to certify that it was not. I only checked the orders of magnitude and it fits. But that's not my point, I'm like you, I ask what these people died of, with 2% of hospis, Kiki may be a “genius” ( ) it does not hold.
And I'm not going to redo the thread Kiki is lying, full stop.

Note that a large part of the deaths occurred in EHPAD, not in hospital: the EHPAD is not counted in hospitalizations (this was intended to be information, not an opinion on the rest of your posts)
