Well today I found what I was looking for: a semi-rigid wood wool panel cheaper than Extruded Polystyrene (styrodur type ...) with equivalent insulation performances (and I do not take into account the other advantages of wood such as sound insulation).
Download the technical and commercial instructions very well done:

Main features of SYLVACTIS 55 FX:
applications:
* Roofs from the inside: laying between chevrons and under chevrons in crossed layers
* Walls from the inside: on the vertical walls, between studs of wood frame houses, internal partitions
* Walls from the outside: behind ventilated cladding
* High and low floors: between joists, I beams, on attic floors that can not be converted
Specificities :
* Flexible, easy to apply in compression
* Special formats for wooden frame houses (MOB)
* Warranty 10 years
Technical specifications
* Thermal conductivity λ: 0,036 W / mK
* Thermal mass capacity: 2000 J / kg.K
* Reaction to fire: Euroclass E
Available formats:
* Thickness 40 mm in 1200 x 600 mm
* Thickness of 60 to 200 mm in 1200 x 575 mm
or 1200 x 750 mm
At the price level:
To compare with:
Extruded Polystyrene, R = 2.25, thickness = 80 mm. Lambda = 0.036
Price per m² = 12.13 € TTC
Price per m² / R = 12.13 / 2.25 = 5.39 € / m² for R = 1!
The following: the pose!
ps: Actis is also (and above all) specialized in insulators ... thin ... paaaas well ...
