Here is a grandmother's recipe for overweight problems: 1/2 hour before breakfast and in the evening before bed: a drink of boiled honey and cinnamon (1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a cup of boiling water. If this drink is taken very regularly, it reduces the weight of the most obese person. In addition , drinking this mixture regularly does not allow fat to accumulate in the body, whatever the person can eat. But you still have to be reasonable.

Ok with gegyx, a spoonful of cinnamon even with honey is really not good. (I tried)

Be careful, I think I read on this same site that cinnamon is toxic in high doses!
(reaction to a hack intervention 123, I think)
Personally, I would not go headlong.

Ah yes....
Boaah no problem my liver is already attacked lol
Furthermore, the authors note that the consumption of large doses of cinnamon or cinnamon extracts can prove to be toxic. In fact, cinnamon contains coumarin, a substance which, in sensitive people, can cause liver damage and inflammation. The quantities of coumarin are however low in Sri Lankan cinnamon, unlike the cassia (or Chinese cinnamon) which contains much more.

Another honey recipe:
Winter, sore throat, instead of taking medications that will lower your natural defenses.
pour tea into a jar ... combine with lemon slices, honey and ginger if possible cut into slices.
Close the container and put it in the refrigerator, a jelly will form.
To serve, take a spoon of this jelly in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Store in the refrigerator 2-3 months. And there you have a nectar against sore throats
Honey is recognized by science as a remedy for many ailments that affect humans.
