13€ is it the main course or the menu?
Because if it’s the menu it’s cheap!
The restaurant where I eat most often, the full menu (starter + main course + dessert) is 14€ (after several years at 12€) and it is one of the cheapest that I frequent.
In general the menu is more like 15€ everywhere now, and in restaurants with a slightly more "elaborate" menu (while remaining in the truck/worker category) it quickly costs 16.5€

This is not really "abnormal", the collective agreement compensation is €15,2.

The collective transport agreement may be, but it's not just the truck drivers who eat in these restaurants... there are also restaurants that are not frequented by any truck drivers (too far from the main roads)
With us it's 15€ (and even after having asked for a long time for an increase)
Among craftsmen (masons, electricians, plumbers, etc.) I don't know how many it is, but many of them frequent these establishments (you can tell a good restaurant by the number of vans parked in front) the same for public works.
Not to mention those like me in various after-sales service...

A priori it's a dish, then it depends on the size of the sausage: if it's nice, it could become a menu! : Mrgreen:

Regardless, that's not at all the point of this subject: it's to show the costs in catering in France, in the most transparent way possible...

What is abnormal is the 3 sides of "heating".

It's more, even much more in winter with room heating.

Yes it's a little low indeed but it's worth investigating because it depends on when the invoice dates...probably before Ukraine... : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

After 3 cents it's not incompatible if it's per dish: if you take 3 dishes per meal, starter, main course, dessert...and there are 200 services per day...that makes a bill of 0.03 * 3 * 200 = 18€ per day... 540 per month... 6500 per year... excluding tax... or not far from 8000 including tax per year...

In short, it's not impossible.

Refine with the actual days of opening and the number of services...there is the VAT number...we can find the establishment.

This is the portion of heating in a “sausage mash” dish, the 3cts of heating.

It's not a restaurant, it's a holding company (Nouvelle Garde) which is emerging in the catering sector which has concocted a "standard ticket" to display the thing.
