Hello everybody
I want to change electricity supplier soon because mine costs me too much (Mega Energie). Do you have any advice for me to help me save as much money as possible? Many members of my family told me to go through EDF but I'm not convinced...
Thank you in advance

In general, for private individuals, energy prices are a real hit, a few % difference at most... a few tens of € of difference a year at the most...
The best energy is the one we don't consume!

For me the best way today for an individual to limit the risks of a very significant increase in his electricity bill is to return to EDF's regulated tariffs.
Attention:
-on the one hand I do not want to say that it will not increase but the damage should be more limited than with other "alternative" suppliers whose survival is at stake.
-on the other hand, insist if we do so on the transition to "regulated tariffs", not to be passed on by EDF a so-called "market" offer which would entail roughly the same risks as those of its competitors.

If I had 5000€ to put on the table, I would put more panels, a hybrid inverter, and a battery, all of it in my garden, on the ground.
With, with 4 panels, I earn a little, but not enough, but OCCAZ investment less than 300 €.
Without good good vein to recover correct batteries, not too expensive, it's complicated
The panels, I can still recover about twenty of them for 1000€, a hybrid inverter, let's say 1500€ new, 2500€ left for the batteries... It's a bit tight, the idea would be to go down to one 3 kVA subscription, and consume 50% less mini ....

OK, there may be other possible solutions, but that was not the question asked by Jujumiel!

Thank you for your answers !!
I also did a little research on the internet and came across this site: https://www.meilleur-fournisseur-electricite.com/ which made it possible to obtain a ranking of the best suppliers, but I will be able to complete my research using your link Christophe, thank you very much for sharing this

Well I'm tackling my change of electricity supplier...
Electric and gas no doubt.
I started watching total energy, then a box opened, and I started the conversation....
On the other hand, I had looked before, the green price list, and the essential ...
And here's a snippet of the conversation...
If you pay cheap, you get away with it...
But the pb is worse than that, because we don't offer it to you, as if it were "THE RATE" ....
And you end up with €3000 a year, instead of €1000, roughly speaking!
