Non-precooked French fries are vacuum-packed !!!

It is not good to freeze potatoes that have not been precooked !!!!

Yes there are other methods of conservation. The deep-freezing must be the most recent of those that you cite elsewhere ... each product has its method or methods of conservation. For example: I have never seen frozen ham I think or canned.

By the way, what are there as preservatives in the boxes? The "clean" atmosphere cannot do everything ...
