Re: Tension with Russia in Ukraine
Following British threats to supply depleted uranium projectiles — and against the background of the ICTY mandate — today Russia is changing the status of the military operation.
Still not heard...:
Russia will deploy
nuclear weapons!
...the prouks can go back to their video games

As if that weren't enough, the guy edits his original post (with content of great interest: natural-human-disasters/tension-with-russia-in-ukraine-t17111-6740.html#p528504 ) and repost it identically on the next page.
He is really afraid that we do not read his messages...

The Russian Investigative Committee begins a:
Criminal proceedings against the ICC
[Aiming at some of its members]
Source LEGAL-UN So here is yet another flagrant violation of international treaties — with arrogance and total contempt for the law — and this time by the supreme legal authorities themselves, with the complicity of several International Organizations! (With financing of several million last year by almost exclusively Western funds, which deprives this court of all neutrality and therefore zero legitimacy and indictment for the prosecution in sight, with the culprit designated from the outset ex nihilo. Stunning!)After the issuance of an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin, the Investigative Committee decided to launch proceedings against several magistrates of the International Criminal Court, including its prosecutor Karim Khan.
[Excerpts from notices of law and offences]
The Investigative Committee of Russia announced on March 20 the initiation of criminal proceedings against the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC):
— Karim Khan, and the judges:
— Tomoko Akane
— Rosario Salvatore Aitala and
—Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez.
The announcement follows the issuance, on March 17, of an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, “allegedly responsible for the war crime of illegal deportation of population (children) and illegal transfer of population ( children) from the occupied zones of Ukraine to the Russian Federation", by the magistrates of the international jurisdiction.
The ICC is illegal, according to Moscow
However, according to the Investigative Committee of Russia, these prosecutions "are manifestly illegal" and devoid of legal basis, since under the "Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Persons Enjoying International Protection" dating from 1973,heads of state enjoy absolute immunity from the jurisdiction of foreign states».
I knew this nickname perfectly well. "Human Rights Council" of the UN, located at the time in a wing of the Palais Wilson, on the shores of Lake Geneva (although its location is Avenue de la Paix 8-14), the latter still seems clearly infested with US officials and/or pro US (I can name names)Moreover, continues the Committee, the actions of the ICC prosecutor are covered by the Russian Criminal Code, of which “the initiation of criminal proceedings against an innocent person", as well as "the preparation of an attack against a representative of a foreign state enjoying international protection, with the aim of complicating international relations”
Since Russia is not a member of the ICC and does not recognize its jurisdiction, Moscow considers [the procedure] of the ICC as “null and void”.
On March 16, a group of UN investigators, created last year by the "United Nations Human Rights Council", had accused Russia of a “war crime”. In its first report since the launch of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, the UN Commission of Inquiry in question states that "the situations it examined concerning the transfer and deportation of children, inside Ukraine and to the Russian Federation respectively, violate international humanitarian law and constitute a war crime”. The Commission has written this report after having so far visited 56 localities and interviewed 348 women and 247 men.
Since the launch of the offensive in Ukraine, the Russian authorities have rejected all the accusations of war crimes that have been formulated against it, in particular by kyiv and the West. They have, among other things, assured on numerous occasions that they are not targeting civilians. Conversely, Moscow has repeatedly accused Ukrainian forces of war crimes such as summary executions of Russian POWs.
