Because it "speaks" better than the kWhEP...right?

We say fuel oil in France too huh!

Short ! It's not very important...

Do you always convert euros into (possibly Belgian?) francs in your head?
Ah, after our Janic2, I feel that we hold our Janic3!

@Christophe (I did not find how to extract a quote from your message), in the DPE it is specified:

Energy consumption
(in primary energy)
for heating, hot water production
sanitary and cooling

You must use the quotes icon to the right of each message...
So the heat pump was one of them... the problem is knowing how to differentiate between gas and heat pump/elec, don't you have an old gas bill or a breakdown of gas/electricity heat pump consumption? I assume not especially for the electrical part. Pac because unless you have a specific meter it is drowned in the overall electricity bill...

In short ... good as said: it's not important, to solve your problem, find the curves instead!

In my first post on this thread, I estimated on the basis of the €3000 gas bill for the 20/21 season that gas consumption should be quite close to 50MWh.
The DPE is 206kWh/m2.year, i.e. for 240m2, well...about 50MWh.
In short, it seems quite coherent a priori,
But not necessarily pleasing… but we are waiting for the actual consumption figures for the 20/21 season.

A question: you scrapped the heat pump? Because €600 of electricity over a month at the start of the heating season (around September/October) before you stop it, I don't believe it. There were "catch-ups" in your bill, except that the heat pump was completely out of order.

I sold the CAP on the right corner. The 600€ covered the overall electricity consumption of the house. I had followed the consumption on Excel, between 120 and 145 Kwh per day with the heat pump on, between 60 and 65 without the heat pump)

If I check my gas consumption since I bought the house: 4100€ over the first year, so much more than what I had announced.
