I found that this program was very well conducted by the two journalists. We learn a lot about diester and esthers made from oil. I regretted that the question of the economic balance of crude vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower) was not dealt with in detail. It is possible to call the program to ask questions, which I did, but impossible to join them ... (saturated telephone exchange)

In fact the program does not seem to be rebroadcast .. my teletext tells me salads!
