It's your living space zone that unfolds when you're in it!

Uh living space... did you take me for Willow or what? : Lol: : Lol: : Lol: The bin is 130 cm high!

On the other hand, to improve the habitability, I can consider making the tilting (or rising) roof with tent fabrics on the sides...like VW combi or Eriba mini caravans...

I don't know I just saw my carpenter brother-in-law using it to make a "vintage" bar commissioned by an English couple who are a little crazy but badly friqués ... I know there are 2 types of CP bendable .. afterwards I do not know if it is done in exterior quality

Personally ... I would rather advise you to already invest in an axle in good condition before wanting to transform it into a tiny house : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

On the other hand, the PVC clapboard should be supported with a minimum of reinforcement, but the price is no longer the same .... but it remains light.

Yes, a little extra lathing should suffice, I already have the outer uprights of the tray frame...

For the cladding, it seemed to me that they were solid blades or at least much heavier (too much for this project) than the panelling...

But when I see this: https://www.leroymerlin.fr/produits/mat ... 01574.html this could be perfect!

It's not so heavy: 5.8 kg / 2.4 m² = 2.4 kg / m² and not so expensive: 15.5 €/m²

I would need :
2 * 1.35 * 2.25 = 6.1 m² of side area
1.35 * 1.35 = 1.8 m² rear door
1.35 * 2.25 = 3 m² of roof

Total: 11 m²...i.e. €170 and 26.4 kg more...that's completely acceptable! Add a few 20*20*2 finishing aluminum angles for the corners...and this will weigh less than 30 kg for a complete renovation of 4 sides...

There are more expensive versions that are thicker and more resistant: https://www.leroymerlin.fr/produits/mat ... 01576.html

But at 4 kg/m²...44 kg it starts to make a lot less payload...

Yes it is also on the way!!

Is that what it takes?

Given the price I paid for this one (€650) compared to the second-hand market, I have a little budget to fix it up, eh...even if I'm careful!

Or do I adapt (I know how to weld) conventional shock absorbers on this HS system or is it not a good idea? : Mrgreen:

It's cheaper and easier to install:

Ok, I'll take a closer look at how it's done by removing one of the wheels...

Please note your Amazon ad only includes the suspension arms with the spindle you will have to add the hub the bearings in my opinion a complete axle at a discount trailer will cost you much less and less hassle

Well it's bad bar! Already it does not seem to be removable, you have to change the whole axle!

I applied 250 kg of reverse loading and it moves no more than 2 cm!

With -250 kg I have about 45 mm instead of the 100 mm it would take when the trailer is empty...

At 0 kg wheel dismounted I have 25 mm side ... well I think there is a big pig that had to load it to 2 tons one day : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: or else it's just the 40 years that have had their effect...!

If I leave it like that for several days, do you think it will get better? : Lol: : Lol: : roll: : roll:

If I'm good at changing the axle then I'll take a braked one... uh, how does the braking of a trailer work? Is it cables (I've seen some on a used axle) or hydraulics?

And in terms of ratings? How to be sure it is compatible? Is it normal for 750 kg?
