Copilot also works with Firefox, and that's good because Edge (which I uninstalled) is a great spy.

There was a bug at the beginning of 2023, corrected or not, there is a way to counter it https://www.phonandroid.com/edge-un-bug ... riger.html

I'm talking about Edge installed by default on Windows. I don't know which Edge it is on phonandroid. Still, Edge on Win is the interface between the computer, the OS and the internet.
Fortunately there is this: https://www.oo-software.com/fr/shutup10

The fact remains that the user has an interest in understanding English if he wants to find his way around; https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fich ... tup10.html
I am not familiar enough with English. Free has a price (Free trial: €0 (limited in time/features))

It was Firefox that I ended up uninstalling, too often updates that could not be planned and especially the automatic translations not as practical as with edge, which has improved a lot and become more fluid. It's Windows that is spying, the browser doesn't change anything a priori.

And then you think you can escape advertisers with Firefox?

I found that https://assiste.com/Logitheque/OO_ShutUp10.html... It's still in poorly translated French. You have to make restore points, start again with each update. In short can become complicated and restrictive. 8)

My Firefox doesn't use Google or Facebook, or Amazon... no and it doesn't force targeted ads on me. It's me and me alone who decide.
