It is for a Darieus wind turbine wing ... which I find too "soft" (it is simple injected plastic consisting of 2 welded half shells so without internal ribs) ...

Dimension 640 * 210 * 35 ... I tried to fill in the 2 ends (so as not to have to pierce the useful profile) by gradually removing the PU injection tube but with the bad results mentioned above!

If so, your avatar is messing around (surely your cache?) ... I deleted it ...

Hello, I just discovered that the tire puncture bombs are in fact expansive foam but less thick than that used in the building (around windows for example)

because I saw a damaged one and its contents were spilled on the ground

there may be different types of thicker or more fluid foam depending on their uses, I don't know

good night

You'd better inject the exact same weight into all the blades, otherwise hello balancing!

I remember an episode of Mythbusters where they had filled a car with expansive foam:

They call it "AB foam", looking at the cans, it is polyurethane foam in 2 components.

Ah yes interesting but 2 components it always works better! Hence the stabilized volumes reached!

Thanks for the video!

Still, you still have to be rican to just have the idea of doing something useless like that! : Cheesy:
