About the G in an accident, I had read or heard a while ago that plane crash subjected its occupants to 50 to 80 g...
However, the human body does not support more than 15 to 20 g for a very short time ... this is why the survival rate is very often zero ...

part of the human body supports much more than 80g
when you punch your fist on the table, the skin that touches the table undergoes a number of g close to infinity ... but there is only the surface of the skin ... the deformation of the tissues means that the first bone undergoes a reasonable number of g
we can come out alive from a fall or the feet that touch the ground will take a huge number of g ... or the energy will be dissipated by breaking bones, but that the vital parts will not have exceeded the limit
the problem is that a broken bone does not absorb much, all the muscles must be contracted to effectively absorb a shock ... hence the completely random result of an accident
like the driver who saw the blow come unscathed, and the passenger caught by surprise dead
