Thanks for your dirk pitt calculations,
I just bought a 220V 2CV 3000T / m 1500W mono motor.
engine power has nothing to do with the washing machine engine. On this motor I placed a pulley of 80 whereas before, a pulley of 60 made the washing machine motor suffer.
I have a lot of hope on this engine but as usual there is always an unexpected grain of sand that this presents. we will see, I will keep you informed as soon as the tests are finished.
if you have advice do not hesitate
A+
Yo Bahri.

Here is another version of my electric car. This time, I no longer use electronics. Just 2 relays.
See my new site: http://www.Code-Prototype.com
As well as the new video. I await your reactions as well as your ideas.

hi Obamot
I will try to answer your questions.
I gave up the idea of using 2 motors. I managed to find a 600W DC forklift motor. Motor has very high torque.
To date, it is the most suitable engine for my needs.
Important reminder for what would give me ideas:
1- Weight of the empty car 230kg.
2- Power of the DC 600W Motor
3- No clutch or gearbox.
4- Speed obtained 40Km / h
5- Weight of the loaded car 400kg
6- Battery used NI-CD of 6V 100A each. 8 battery in series to have 48V
7- Autonomy, not tested.
8- no electronics used. Just 2 relays. Speed 1 at 24V and speed 2 at 48V
To finalize my project, I would need a DC motor of 24V or 36V or 48V of 1500W. Minimum 3000Tr / min.
If you have this engine for a reasonable price contact me privately. if we more, I am offered the drive that goes with it, it would be great. But don't dream too much )
Do not hesitate to ask me your questions, I always try to answer them.

Ok, that's good
Just a thing, don't you want to test the range before changing your engine? I don't know, I say that I don't know, but currently you have everything that is already mounted! so it costs you nothing to try to see.
Okay, but I'm not in your place, huh ..
I had also heard from Remundo, that by putting two types of batteries together (but not necessarily simultaneously), you improved performance (either by taking the best of the characteristics of each according to its strong points of collection). ... Hey, hey except that there would surely be a circuit to manage it ...
Here it is, bein last idea: as you leave the 48Vots, it falls pile pile with the voltage of 4 lead batteries 12 volts assembled in series that ... So if you make a test of autonomy, you could see with which your two pack you go further considering what the engine pulls (and the way it does) ...

As you are right,
Problem: my car is approved with the original engine. Which makes an important noise. my car makes no noise and attracts everyone's attention. I don't want to take the risk of running into an incomprehensible agent and getting the car loaded. This is the reason. If you have an idea for a test, I am interested.

Hello.
A car radio with an engine noise cassette. And the enclosure under the chassis.
And prout.prout.
