Same comment : https://www.econologie.com/forums/post216954.html#216954 : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

We can continue here for the particular case of Drake dear to dedeleco and on the other subject to stay more general but only about the storage of thermal energy directly in the soil! A thermal buffer (water or MCP) is not a storage in the ground!

So I would also like to make a specific subject to storage by phase change (liquid / solid or crystallization) by starting with this message from dedeleco that I had not seen: https://www.econologie.com/forums/post216947.html#216947

Because for the moment we have one but with the particular case of palm oil: https://www.econologie.com/forums/stocker-de ... t7421.html

Dedeleco, as you are the author of the message that I used here https://www.econologie.com/forums/post216947.html#216947 do you want to make the new subject (I would arrange the title if necessary)? Thank you.

Will it go like this?

Whether it is a "temporal" phase shift, or by the fluid ... Only the result that counts, right? : Cheesy:

Besides, you have to combine the two. That's why you only need one subject!

(you can remove club blows, I was looking for another smiley : Cheesy: )

Okay, I'll do it tonight, because I have to take care of my garden and I have to add a essential element: the price per KWh stored between summer and winter actually; which requires a lot of work (google is huge), since we look more at pure technical performance and not the price on performance, almost never indicated !!!!

Apart from the ground, anything is between 1 € and 10 € per liter or 1000 to 10000 € per m3 !!!
Factor 100 to 1000 per KWh stored compared to the earth or rock under our feet !!!

Do not forget also that if a housing estate with the mode of heating as with dlsc, the dwellings can profit from the air conditioning in summer because the electricity spent for fresh air (with a PAC) will also be used to store the heat under ground rather only in the air.COP 6 to 7 !?

I evoke here the idea of dedelco, I find more its message.

In summer no need for air conditioning or heat pump at all, because the earth keeps the winter cold (-20 ° C and more at www.dlsc.ca and 13 ° C in France in the earth)
and therefore with a few holes, Canadian wells, in addition, no summer heat pump, even in the USA with 38 ° C in summer which could save a lot of CO2 as well if they wanted, (in addition to their huge cars) which proves that oil is not expensive at all !!!

Stop thinking in PAC, in France it is not too hot in summer !!!
Except under an absurd canopy, not isolated roof spaces !!!

There is no need for a price for see scientifically what is really a simple and fundamental progress with fundamental consequences !!

And stop denigrating it because the ECS is not 100%, in a region at 1000m altitude with a continental climate !!
I don't need 60 ° C water to wash, 20 ° C is enough !!
And then it's 100% !!!
And they made the right choice to separate the difficulties, heating the houses from the DHW !!

read in a clean web page instead of the minitel:
http://realinfos.wordpress.com/2011/11/ ... ns-mouais/
http://www.romandie.com/news/n/_Le_Prix ... 111311.asp

and in detail:
http://www.energyglobe.com/news/details ... 2/id/1823/

And we can put it almost everywhere simply and a little imagination !!
Particularly in foundations with piles of large buildings that I see everywhere in France !!
Architects do not realize that when foundations need piles at 10 or even 20m deep, this constitutes a magnificent summer heat reservoir for winter for almost nothing more, than the effort to understand it, almost and to dare !!

The Energy Globe World Award goes to Alberta / Canada, Drake Landing Solar Community - More than 40 Nations Are Celebrating at the Energy Globe World Award Ceremony in Wels, Austria

Austria / Wels - This year's Energy Globe World Award goes to Alberta / Canada for the project “Drake Landing Solar Community” represented by Doug Mc Clenahan. 52 homes of the Drake Landing Solar Community in Okotoks, Alberta are profiting from an ingenious system where heat from the summer sun its stored below the surface of the earth. In winter it is used to meet 80% of the community's entire energy needs. The project was also winner in the category “fire”.

The audience had the final word and chose the award recipient from five individual categories, who was presented with the golden Energy Globe Statue by Austrian economics minister Reinhold Mitterlehner and Energy Globe founder Wolfgang Neumann. Bright smiles, delight and enthusiastic applause accompanied the ceremony on the Wels stage. "Thank you Austria, I still can hardly believe it…" Amidst a flurry of camera flashlights Mc Clenahan displayed the 15 kilogram Energy Globe trophy. The winners of the individual category awards, who had come from many different parts of the world were overjoyed as They were participating in the Energy Globe Award ceremony in hopes of receiving awards for their great work and efforts on behalf of a better environment.

Representatives from over 40 countries, more than 1000 guests who had been invited to the ceremony, top-ranking laudatory speakers and a huge crowd of press and television representatives gathered at the Fair Grounds Conference Center in the Upper Austrian city of Wels for this year's Environmental Gala of superlatives. "All these projects represent tomorrow's solutions. This great pioneering spirit of innovation will ensure that our planet will remain a worthwhile home for our children as well", Energy Globe founder, Wolfgang Neumann, is convinced. His Energy Globe project that annually attracts participants from 100 countries and more than 1000 individual projects publically demonstrates how energy can be used in an efficient manner anywhere in the world. It shows how greater quality of life can be achieved while at the same time creating a boost for the economy.
