Shelters good pool!

by Marilyne » 26/03/09, 13:55

I recently built a swimming pool, and of course in order to finalize this work, I called on a company to make shelters. I chose Cubrisa.

The products implemented in 2009 benefit from the new GARANTIE 10 service, benefiting from the facilities of Cubrisa, the leading company in swimming pool shelters. The directive team is committed to ensuring safety and quality. The materials with which we make the shelters are of excellent quality and go through all technical inspections. Our philosophy is based above all on quality and purpose.

For Cubrisa, family safety is the most important, but always accompanied by quality, efficiency, speed, advice and professionalism.

Roh the big bad spam in disguise ...

I have always wondered what was the interest of a shelter compared to a rigid shutter (called automatic shutter because motorized in most cases)?

a) The shelter is as expensive or more expensive than a shutter!

b) It is frankly not beautiful and not practical (boring to open)

c) The 1st price models which are bulging (but which cost at least 6000-7000 € placed anyway) are not practical and frankly ugly

d) It loses 1 section at the pool

e) Average life? (sliding rail ...)

f) It does not limit evaporation since the air under the shelter is saturated with humidity (= large streaks of condensation at night on the walls = risk of mold)

g) Greenhouse effect = risk of water overheating (> 30 ° C = dosage of disinfectant and chlorine * 3!)

The only advantage that I see increasing the heating of the air above and therefore the water .... but frankly it's not heavy compared to the drawbacks ...

Well this forum is not a place of denial either !!

There are a lot of rascals among the pool specialists: compulsory overcharging (in everyone) in this environment and for good reason, generally, customers are not very concerned about the price ...

When we see 50 € the jump of 4 or 5 kg of chlorine when we can find exactly the same product at 15 € frankly ...

Finally if it works all the better for them.
