Well Ahmed, I thought you were stronger in physics than that!
Even without a gas explosion*, the shearing and relaxation of a pressurized body which goes from 200 bars to 10 bars, well, that makes quite a noise, especially when the pipe is more than 1m in diameter!
By the way, I assume that natural gas is liquid at 220 bars...so when it goes to 10 bars...it relaxes with a change of state, which further amplifies the noise! And even if it is still gaseous at 220 bars, the relaxation is there!
By the way, if there is a change in state, it must have greatly cooled the gas pipeline too, which may have been yielded by additional thermal stresses! Steel at like -100°C becomes a little more brittle...I'll let Remundo or someone else estimate the temperature drop for a 200 bar relaxation...
My example is valid to explain the double explosion: a primer a main, that's all this example! If that doesn't suit you, take that of the nuclear weapon... or even that of the automobile spark plug: the shear noise of the spark plug (think of lightning), is completely imperceptible compared to the explosion that follows !
* I refined my answer...measure the dB of your blower at 8 bars...and less than 10 mm of nozzle...

It has to be at -161° to liquefy. 200 bars is the pressure of the pumps where I fill up my car.

Ah ok so it is still gaseous at 220 bars but that does not change the trigger which will be "super" powerful, there is no change of state so less cooling... but there is everything likewise a...

the seismic effect is for me an open question that I do not know how to evaluate.
the physical phenomena are quite complex, the pipe not keeping its pressure, indeed an intense cooling will take place by the expansion, we could calculate that in adiabatic hypothesis ideal gas, in my opinion it could freeze the water (already that it is under 4-5 bar at a depth of 40 m), but the sea water thermostats the materials again...
in short... a nice problem of thermodynamics!

A little anecdote: a few years ago, a fireman friend had intervened on a gas fire in a refinery (I therefore assume propane or butane = LPG): there was ice (from LPG?) in the middle of the flame ...

it was not necessarily LPG ice, but potentially water ice which condensed on contact with the LPG in rapid expansion.
