I think you will just receive the hardware.
There are other advertisements of the same type and strangely, we don't see any customer feedback.

I was ordering these others, the time you post....

If I have, and even in 100 Ah, it could give me a good 24V, 100Ah! with a good bms....

If it's "Chinese humor" (JOK3) Image I do not buy (look at the only customer review)

Yes, I know, but the system is perverse both ways.

For example, I had a 2-way sonoff for free, because it was indicated that it was a 4-way on the ad, and knew that by the photo, it was a 2, so 100% refunded, it takes in total, between the order, reception, from 1 to 3 months. (1 2-way sonoff, used to control a rolling shutter, a valve, etc.).

I also had a sonoff "electric meter" with the same system. (connected upside down, I see my solar production).

There, whatever these batteries are, I would be reimbursed if they are not compliant. Afterwards, if it's 100 Ah, instead of 320, I shut my mouth, although it doesn't correspond, and recommend it, if I can find it at the same price, roughly.

You have to know how to scam people who scam you.

And sometimes, when it doesn't quite match, you ask for a 50% refund, on very small prices, just to show a little good faith.

On average, every 6 months, I get a free thing, because it doesn't fit at all, and I say I don't need it.

66600mAh, not bad, the measured capacity is honorable for 18650.
The 19900mAh, I think is rather a complete rip off, cells with a capacity of barely 500mAh, like the fakes tested by DiodeGoneWild:
