I am quite skeptical about the results observed by the hussier ...What do "skeptics" think of the utopia affair?
In any case if they are proven I say well done and I wish Utopia every success ...

Say Chris, wouldn't you put water in your wine?
Good to answer you and respond to JMMoreau who writes:
"Because nothing could stop Utopiatech in its tracks (not even the sarcasm of the most impatient or those who have not understood the complexity of such research!) " I was one of those who believed in it from the start, since his proposal to sell plans and then were disillusioned when he saw that nothing was working and who therefore were impatient and sarcastic (moderately anyway). So the mistake of JMMoreau was to communicate too quickly, to ignite too quickly, to let the public believe that he had arrived there whereas he admits it today, his first electrolyser was, I quote "of shit "!!!
". As an honest man, I therefore forbade myself to distribute this product, until I had the parade. But that never stopped a multitude of small companies from springing up and offering "this shit" at a low price to all those who dreamed of a Water Engine " http://www.utopiatech.fr/Ethique%20H2.doc
On this link he explains his research journey and I also wish, for him and for all, that this time be the maid.

"I turn my jacket over, I turn my jacket over ... Always on the safe side"
Good without laughing, must say that the counter argument are quite heavy right? ... Now technologically I doubt again and again but who knows?
Do we pay to install them on the car of an econologist?

Mmm a poisoned contest? Not sure if this is a good idea
Otherwise for the choice of the candidate some criteria are essential:
1) Willingness for transparency, reliability and monitoring of results
2) Seniority on the forum (linked to 1)
3) "Fat" wheeler (say more than 20 km per year)
So the draw ... Bof bof ...
There would be Guidi who could do the trick now that I think about it. In addition I see it in real life quite frequently.

...... I point out that I drive between 30 and 40.000 km per year
this is probably the first time that a usher's writing has pleased me! JMM will probably seek to find industrial partners, this will more than likely convince them to try.
Long life therefore to JMM, I could not advise him too much to put his "secret notes" (that is to say the little things which make that work, but which one does not put on the patent, kind dimensions of such or such element) well sheltered with a trusted person (but not of his family, too easy to find) with charge of distributing them in case "he should happen to things".
That said, what worries me most is his literature in the 29-page pdf: pre-cracking chamber (here and there) and cold fusion
in short, if the balloon does not deflate, I am sure that we are all ready to take the greatest interest in his achievements and that he will be kind enough to forgive us for our very legitimate suspicion.

I still saw a small defect in the 2 minutes of the 2 ushers (2 different ushers: a very very good point for JMM)
The bailiffs did not verify that the jerrycan was filled with water: it could just as easily have been runaway perlimpinate or alcohol.
that said, it should be noted that it intervenes on the fuel circuit: it is noted in the report: "Mr Moreau disconnects the arrival of diesel to reconnect it to the filter", before the second test
missing a small technical inspection of the vehicle to convince me 100%

The faqs are quite interesting: http://www.utopiatech.fr/faq.html
But still some shady things ...
On the other hand, an article in a review of automobile experts encourages confidence: http://www.utopiatech.fr/downloads/CM35_pages%20TK.pdf
By cons 3000 km for 1 liter of water it does not stick with the observation of the bailiffs ...
ps: I just noticed that we were not in the subject UTOPIA by Moreau but UTOPIA 2 by Leclerc ...

ANEA, the National Alliance of Automobile Experts, is the result of the merger of the two previous union structures: the CSNEAF and the CSNEAMI which carried it to the baptismal font on December 9, 2006.
