You write, O Sen-no-sen:
There are no "supra-rulers" as many conspirators would like to believe ...

Among all the agents of the system, those who are wrongly called "supra-rulers" (and whom I usually call "dominants"), are in reality "supra-dominated" by the system: they are gratified by their domination over the dominated categories, but alienated from an operation which goes beyond them but which determines the rules to which they must comply in order to continue to exercise this dominance.

As for the "good little American people loving justice and freedom" of Plasmanuhe is only a subordinate agent who is mainly preoccupied with his standard of living, all wrapped up in moral considerations, just to have a good conscience ... (which itself justifies the right to this dedicated prosperity) ...

Excellent indeed,

Incidentally, therefore, reducing human beings to their smallest insignificance was certainly a great victory for the Freudians over the excessive expression of "me / I" ... (but also became a tool of domination in the hands of those who concocted the theoretical model, which will have to be reinvented if it is not gutted with a chainsaw!) The other side of the coin is what describes Sen-No-Sen et Ahmed, precisely this "Algorithm resulting from all anthropotechnical interactions" (wow, that's well described!)

Funny zoom out in cartoon form: mistakenly called them "supra-leaders"become the shadow of themselves (reduced to being simple" neurofile outgrowths "of the cybernetic present become the said model which they perpetuate, if we summarize) and this to enslave peoples wanted to be self-and ultra-submissive (and surely guilty even if "standard of living" Ahmed, should not be exaggerated, for the majority of them, it comes down to simply managing to eat ... the "food stamps", officially given for 15% would concern 30% of 'Americans, since many would eat on a single "meal voucher")! Finally, "supra"This is saying a lot, since terrified by their peers of being classified in the name of their personal ambition - even though this is the goal dictated by their repressed narcissism (aim for the paradox, because with their superpayments, they are far from being super-innocent) - this is why all these "brilliant" upstart super-technocrats of the political economy such as the Junckers, Barroso, Draghi, Hollande or Delors, although they have reached the highest positions: shave the walls, as we can see them every time we watch them on TV, hilarious and at the same time pathetic to be reduced to such helplessness.

This largely explains why it is so difficult to change things and get your hands on a possible "master of the world" ...
There are no "super-rulers" as many conspirators would like to believe, no, just groups of individuals (agents of the system) working for the "system", and retro-acting with it.
This is a fundamental point to integrate.

It's bright :P

And the confusion between American and Americans comes from there.
The small American people, the one who has not seen their purchasing power follow their growth: he is the good one.
Loving justice and freedom, orchestrated by the power of the media.

PS: that's the other thread there :P
There would be an America from above and an America from below. This is the notion of people and state.
Is one representative of the other?

Yes "supra" is saying a lot for our president! : Lol:

By super-leaders I thought of men acting in the dark as:P. Wolfovitz, R. Perle, Georges Soros, D. Rockefeller, etc ...

The Juncker, Barosso and company are only agents of the system, official category, they are only the interface (world politics) between their superiors and the people, they are disposable ....
The example of "W" (Bush) is a case study, history will skillfully bear the responsibility for the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan (among others!) When it is in fact only a poor guy (which does not exclude his responsibility!) set up by the "deep state" and the "system".

As for the "higher" rulers, supposed "masters of the world", they are once again only the agents of the system at the top of the pyramid of dominance, which they need the capacity to be quite untouchable.
If we stick to a cybernetic reading grid, they are kind of hubs who centralize through their "commitments" (Faustian pact) the information from the anthropotechnical super-organism ...

It's good in the subject that.

Transnational bribery affects all countries, including developed countries

Paris - Nearly half of the cases of bribery of public officials committed in international commercial transactions concern agents from developed countries, reveals a report on the transnational corruption published Tuesday by the OECD.

Question numbers ...

Out of curiosity, I compared the CO2 figures.
CO2 / inhabitant, I calculated the CO2 / km2. It is clear that on this criterion France is at the same level as the USA, and China is in the process of becoming intoxicated almost 2x + quickly ...

Image

Given what was said at the beginning, ie that the Chinese CO2 should be French (for this example) with regard to the gray energy of the imported material, the calculation is wrong but the real result would be worse.

In this assessment, we could add the "easy solution" that is nuclear energy, which does not produce CO2 ...
(Statistically, a toyota made in France generates less CO2 than a renault made in Romania ...)

Finally, we point the finger at the US for their consumption-pollution, while we would be equal, ...?

On the Chinese side, with the hindsight they have and the speed of the phenomenon, I think and I hope that they will react faster than "us".

Climate: Washington commits to a goal on the horizon 2025

31 Mars 2015 the Obs
Washington (AFP)

The United States pledged on Tuesday a reduction of 26% to 28% of their greenhouse gas emissions by 2025 (compared to 2005) to eight months of the climate conference of Paris which aims to conclude a global agreement.

Taking up the figures announced in November in Beijing when a new agreement was reached with China, the White House announced that it has officially transmitted its commitments to the General Secretariat of the UN Climate Convention.

The stated goal of the international community is to limit global warming to 2 ° C compared to the pre-industrial era.

For the NGO 350.org, the figures transmitted to the UN represent a "significant commitment" on the part of the United States, the second largest emitter of greenhouse gases behind China, but "in itself, the current offer is clearly insufficient to remain below 2 ° C ".

And the environmental organization to take the opportunity to demand the rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline project between Canada and the United States. "President Obama cannot claim to be determined to reduce emissions if at the same time he authorizes a major project for the development of fossil fuels," she said.

Obama, who has made the fight against climate change one of his priorities, decided to do without Congress, fiercely opposed to any law on the subject. He chose the regulatory path to move the lines, relying in particular on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

In June, it announced new standards for a drastic reduction of CO2 emissions for existing power plants: 30% decline by 2030 compared to 2005. Coal, which supplies more than a third of the electricity consumed in the United States, remains a central component of the US energy landscape.

According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), greenhouse gas emissions - which continue to grow - must be reduced from 40 to 70% by 2050 in hopes of staying the course 2 ° C.

The European Union was the first to transmit, in early March, its post-2020 plan to the UN. 28 expects 40% decrease in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 compared to 1990.

Dede, you write:
In this assessment, we could add the "easy solution" that is nuclear energy, which does not produce CO2 ...

This statement is accepted as a truism, while it is inaccurate. In Niger, in Arlit, where the Areva uranium deposits are located, a coal mine is operated in parallel to supply energy to the entire industrial complex. In addition, all mobile equipment is powered by petroleum products, as everywhere.

So, less CO2, but not zero CO2 ...

Absolutely : Cheesy:

This is the gray energy of uranium, to which we can add that of the concrete plants, among others.
