Checked on https://re.jrc.ec.europa.eu/pvg_tools/fr/tools.html, in June the difference is ~25% keeping the inclination flat (0°).
So if to recharge the batteries, it takes three days in Morocco, it will take no more than 4 in Norway (except overcast weather).
And if he can tilt, he'll win a bit.

The goal was not to contradict you, I like to check for myself and this tool is very practical, isn't it?
You got to 5 days instead of 4 taking the extremes, but the biggest problem are the hours without sun.
From this point of view Norway is at a disadvantage, there is no doubt.

And you are well placed to know that winter should not rely too much on the sun, especially December January.

It is especially in winter that the periods without sun last the longest.

completely agree and even in summer, in an oceanic climate you can have long periods under the clouds, but in an anticyclonic period there is still a way to move up there, with your solar bus, formerly school (in sky blue zone , 25 to 30% more charging time compared to Morocco).
