Already you have to compare countries with the same reliability rate. But I don't think I've seen anything that holds up yet.
They also do not have the waves due to a variant at the same time, nor the same health policies.
Where comparisons can be made is when the country has reliable statistics by age group, vaccination status and, if possible, an equivalent variant. They are not that many.
