pellematic 12kw with standard pelletronic 2 regulation year of commissioning 2011
I have a problem, I turn it on and the lights flash on the regulation, everything is ok. After 10 minutes the boiler stops and the nozzle indicator light no longer flashes, only the function indicator light remains on. if I unplug the terminal on the touch keyboard of the machine and plug it back in, everything starts normally but releases after a while

I am disappointed with okofen. They are only resellers, a breakdown and no one left, I find myself alone, my heating engineer shut down
