Circular hydraulic cylinder

by orbs » 03/02/09, 11:35

Hello,
I have roughly drawn a circular cylinder supplied with incompressible fluid.
rather cousin of the pallet motor, it seems to me able to provide torque at low speed.
the non-return valve allows continuity of supply with permanent sealing.
moreover it is easy to manufacture.
your comments and advice are welcome.

You have reinvented the hydraulic motor, right?

re
it seems to me to have mentioned the relationship with the hydraulic vane motor

to create mechanical work with an animated rotor thanks to the pressure of a cumulative energy source.

Hello
is there a hydraulic engineer in the room?
even if the principle is simplistic it would be important for me to know the faults.
please

This engine exists and works.

Frank MOCIK

who is an acquaintance of Pascal has shown it to us.

Thank you remundo
this confirms my approach.
It goes without saying that my project is a variant of MOCIK and that my diagram is only a principle.
the application plan for the future machine that I have developed is different and, in my opinion, more interesting since it uses a self-regulating mobile valve and consumes little fluid for equal work.
however I would like to know the inherent faults of this type of assembly insofar as the experience of others corrects these faults on paper (free of charge) rather than on the machine (which costs)
thank you for reading and advising me.

here is one more pump motor!

http://www.turbivo.com/fr/

an educational model exists, but I don't know if the engine was developed afterwards.

It would actually be interesting, as Orbes wishes, to be able to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the trilobic, the Mocik system and the turbivo, 3 machines that exist.

For the trilobic, I hope to be able to take measurements soon.

Hi Orbes and Pierre-Yves,

There is also :
Rotoblock (rotoblock.com)
Tornado engine (Edouard Bonnefous)

Which are part of a very large family of cat and mouse kinematic coaxial rotary piston engines.
