Does anyone know of objective comparisons of wind turbines?
Either from a technical point of view (wind turbines with horizontal or vertical axis, depending on the shape of the blades): some wind turbines start at lower speed/or resist higher speed, others are noisier, more/less efficient, or suitable for domestic installations etc.
Either on the products themselves, but given the number of manufacturers, it is difficult to see clearly, especially with the proliferation of products coming from China. It might cause some wind...

The most important thing for a wind turbine is the wind.

It is not for nothing that the blades of land wind turbines are perched at an altitude of more than a hundred meters and if there are none installed around your home, there is little chance that it will be a good operation.

All around my house, I have wind turbines.

I will make one, one of these days, with a lot of recycling, and few € on the table, because there will be little yield, but I think, that with the panels, it becomes almost obligatory, when it 'is possible.

Yes, but my thinking is that even with a small one (300W) which runs intermittently, we already make a few hundred KWh per year. This is not insignificant in terms of household consumption.

Yes, but the condition is that it can actually produce 300W, and not just 50 max in strong winds, and not just a few W with "normal winds".

Do you think you can produce more than 50 kWh over the year?
