Thank you Dirk Pitt for these elements. I will try to settle this as well as possible.

Regarding the quality of the wood, I don't think there is a problem. It is wood in mixture (job, charm, oak), dry for three years.

The fireplace has a very large size, I put almost a wheelbarrow with each load.

The fumes come out at around 150 ° C, and are not visible (which is a good sign). In fact, I do not know if the operation of this installation is optimal, because it rotates at 77 ° C on average, while I have read that some recommend operation above 80 ° C!

If other users of this equipment, or similar, can give their opinion! Thank you

Hi,

I have a vigas 25 boiler, wood loading capacity 120 liters, self-modulating power from 5 to 30 kW, regulated thermostatic output (thermovar) at 72 ° C, boiler adjustment 73 ° C.

With a load I heat my ball of 2000 liters quite easily, I hardly ever fully charge since I put my solar installation into service (I leave part of the cold tank for solar).

Hello,

The diagram in your signature is very interesting. I also plan to supplement my wood boiler later with a solar supplement. Three inputs / outputs are available for this on my ball.

I would cost that to get an idea.

Nice work, but they lack data where then I did not look closely!

Where is your facility located?
What heated surface? in pc? and in radiators?

A load of wood to heat 2000 liters, ok but with what delta T certainly not from 28 ° to 80 ° for 2000 liters!

How much is a load of wood? I would have preferred that you speak about mass, 15 kg, 22 kg or more?

Best regards.
