Moisture by capillary: cost of resin treatment?

by FM » 13/10/09, 22:19

What can be the price of an intervention for a problem of humidity by capillarity in a basement.
Resin injection method in basement walls

Thank you for letting me know the cost of such an intervention even if it is case by case it would be to have an idea

Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh!

It's so variable! Even if all the specialists in your area are vultures : Cry:

Scroll through some specialists, not only will you have an answer adapted to your case, but in addition you will have one or more explanations.

And then, I will once again be able to yell at the excessive prices of French construction companies : Mrgreen:

Yesterday I saw an "do-it-yourself injection kit" at 85 or 95 euros in a brico.

I don't know what it's worth and I don't know how many wall routes it was suitable for.

In any case putting 500 or 1000 € in a treatment against humidity is not excessive in my opinion because very quickly paid for on the heating bill (much faster than a change of boiler for example)!

Companies know this and there are quite a few "sharks" ... so be careful before signing!

I myself have been for 6 months on the treatment of our crawl space: https://www.econologie.com/forums/humidite-d ... t7591.html

Hello,
I had my walls treated by injection and I had it for € 1500 for the 40 linear meters, but you have to count that they go up vertically by 1 meter in each corner.

This rate seems very honest to me, but be careful: do nothing until you have identified the cause of the harm and everyone agrees on the treatment: there are cases where inappropriate treatment can trigger disasters : take several opinions!

For capillary humidity, there is a very simple system:

The system for drying walls by changing polarity: http://www.mtsys.ch/fr/loesung/system/

Image

MTS wall drying system
A system. Various models.
MTS devices are available in different models, operating on mains power or on batteries. This choice allows us to find the right device for each building. Only one device is required per building.

Types of devices
MTS D10 available in battery model
MTS D10 for vacation homes and lodges
MTS D30 for family houses and apartment buildings, chapels
MTS D70 for large buildings, castles, churches

Action
MTS devices operate within a radius of 10, 30 and 70 meters. They are used for all building materials: stone, concrete, brick and wood.

Transmitting power
Long wave electromagnetic pulses reverse polarity (neutralization of water molecules). The transmission power is one thousandth of a watt. For comparison, a mobile phone emits about 2 watts.

Compatibility
The impulses have no harmful effect on humans, animals or plants. Controlled and certified (product liability). European standards are fully respected (CE certified).

Guarantee
10 year product warranty. Estimated life of the MTS wall drying system: 80 years. Guarantee of recovery in case of malfunction.

One mW for 10 to 70 m radius.
With the absorption of electromagnetic waves by materials there will be nothing left after ... not much.
In addition if it plays on the water molecules, it absorbs power, so 1 mW will be absorbed by 3 times nothing ...
Anyway, I'm not convinced at all.

one thing is certain, I saw it working on a construction site ...
For the price, well, after you, just make a request
