I'm not a pro at this huge area of glues with huge progress, and therefore it is necessary to inquire with them, learn their real experience in the precise conditions.
There are lots of info on the internet and I only gave a tiny part.
but the pros often hide a lot of info.
See also patents.
Ask the glue manufacturers, with real realizations to see in situ, to have confidence.
The relationship between wood quality, drying and glue is essential.
Most of the current woods sold crack, deform, by errors on drying and quality !!!
So it may be safer to leave a flexible connection between the wood and the windows ???.

Polyurethane glue seems fairly suitable for this type of work: it is commonly used for exterior joinery or for exposure to humidity.
You just have to remember during the application that it is a slightly expansive glue and that it stains the hands (black-brown ).
Otherwise, great project! Good luck!

Shukran.
it's a good info! I would wear gloves.
and I would hurry a lot.

I vote for the writing of concrete post and practicality.
Down the talkers and ceiling fans!

Most glues are harmful, except that of poison, so gloves and be careful to ventilate, even chemical masks, also to not breathe.
There is an armada of polyurethane glues, expansive or not and therefore ask and read the advice of the pros and manufacturers.
The expansive is good for plugging holes easily while keeping a little flexibility.
I am not convinced that this is the best choice for laminated wood.
See the glue pros, in a precise way, crucial for a large-scale project, not to have any regrets afterwards, like if I had known.
