COUNCIL OF STATE AGAINST CNEWS, PLURALISM OR SOCIALISM?

It was just over 10 years ago. In the spring of 2013, the well-bred France of the “Manif pour tous” discovered the stiffness of a government that did not want to listen to it, even less to hear it. Between CRS charges and clouds of tear gas, young people in blue and pink sweatshirts let their anger flow, chanting “Socialist dictatorship!” ".

If it was undoubtedly exaggerated with regard to the Hollande presidency, this cry from the heart testified to the feeling of being crushed by the violence and the omnipotence of a socialist state.

Shunned by the people, beaten at the polls, socialists continue to govern our lives and weigh on our democracy

During the last presidential election, the PS hit rock bottom with the 1,75% collected by the candidacy of Anne Hidalgo.
Does this mean, however, that socialists would no longer exercise any influence on our institutions, our laws and therefore our society?
Far from it: shunned by the people, beaten at the polls, socialists continue to govern our lives and weigh on our democracy.

Examples ?
Three very recent dates.

On January 4, 2024, the Court of Auditors published its report on the “policy to combat irregular immigration”. In its report, the Court considers that the government's response is "ineffective" given the "significant resources allocated to it", with 1,8 billion euros per year.

The problem ?
The communication of this study was initially scheduled for December 13, 2023, but the president of the Court of Auditors postponed this release so as not to interfere with the vote on the “immigration law”.

He assumed this position in the columns of Libération, “There would have been a deluge of reactions which would not have fueled the debate but the passions”.

Who is this president of the Court of Auditors who believes that informing elected officials and citizens would be dangerous and fuel “passions”?
The socialist Pierre Moscovici, former MP and minister, who was even François Hollande's campaign director in 2012.

On January 25, 2024, the Constitutional Council rendered its decision on the said “immigration law”, censoring no less than 35 articles of a text which was already not much and of which there will be almost nothing left, if that. is the facilitation of regularizations of illegal immigrants for professions in shortage (estimated at 10 additional regularizations per year by Gérald Darmanin himself).
This January 25, the French will have understood that it is no longer their elected representatives who decide the country's migration policy.

This is now in the hands of wise people finding, for example, contrary to the Constitution that Parliament can decide on annual immigration quotas or even considering as a legislative cavalier the fact that an "immigration law" mentions the fact that students Foreigners must demonstrate the serious nature of their studies.

Who is the president of the Constitutional Council?
The great socialist hierarch Laurent Fabius, who was minister, president of the Assembly and Prime Minister.

On February 13, 2024, contacted by the Reporters Without Borders association, the Council of State ruled that, “to assess the respect by a television channel […] of the pluralism of information, Arcom must take into account the diversity of currents of thought and opinions represented by all program participants.”

Thus, Arcom will have to re-examine within 6 months the request for formal notice made by Reporters sans Frontières against CNews, and therefore propose a solution to take into account all the stakeholders – “including columnists, presenters and guests” – and not just political figures. And we must see François Jost, author of the report on CNews for Reporters Without Borders, explain that to meet this new obligation, Arcom could for example consider asking columnists and presenters to declare their political sympathies.

A madness ?
Yes.

Last May, Roch-Olivier Maistre, president of Arcom, declared on France 5: “I do not know of any administrative authority in a democracy which is beginning to control journalists. […] I shout attention, danger. »

Who is the President of the Council of State under whose mandate this decision was taken, the repercussions of which even worry the former boss of Nouvel Obs and Libération Denis Olivennes?
Less well known than the two previously mentioned, Didier-Roland Tabuteau is no less a socialist: he headed the ministerial cabinets of Bernard Kouchner, Claude Évin and Martine Aubry.

So, defense of pluralism or socialist censorship against CNews?

The profile of the president of the litigation section of the Council of State, having rendered the decision, does not argue in favor of freedom of information and opinion either. Christophe Chantepy also worked through socialist ministries, the campaigns of Ségolène Royal and François Hollande, and headed the cabinet of Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault.

Far from the alcoves of the Palais-Royal, viewers continue to favor CNews, the leading news channel, for four consecutive days this week. Also far from the wise men of the rue de Montpensier, our compatriots repeat in survey after survey their refusal of mass immigration.

Can we continue like this with high courts which think so far from the French, if not even against the French?

Without calling out dictatorship, we can nevertheless denounce the a-democratic nature of such decisions which pose – beyond the obvious cultural and political struggle – a question of profound sovereignty.

I put it there...Marty lost against conspirators...would the wind of Doxa Covid change?

“A dangerous decision”: a doctor “unfairly” sanctioned for having criticized Bigard and Lalanne

On February 12, the Regional Order of Physicians of Occitanie ordered Dr Marty to pay 4 euros to the two “conspirators”, after having published a letter against them.

“This decision is liberticidal! » protests Me Frédéric Douchez, lawyer for Dr Jérôme Marty, general practitioner in Fronton (Haute-Garonne) and president of the UFML-Syndicat (French Union for Free Medicine). On February 12, the latter received a reprimand from the disciplinary chamber of first instance of the Regional Order of Physicians of Occitanie for having publicly declared in May 2021 that Francis Lalanne and Jean-Marie Bigard had “red and purulent noses crisis manipulators and profiteers.” “You are the gross part of the body of conspiracy, its gaping and smelly orifice,” he added.

This is the kind of inconsistency that happens when we outsource everything.
Maître Frédéric Douchez, who had called on the judges to take Dr Marty's letter as "a second-degree pamphlet", described the decision of the Council of the Order as "dangerous", recalling that the two complainants had made "remarks of incredible violence. “The first drew a parallel between the health pass and the yellow star; the other affirmed that doctors who vaccinate against Covid-19 are criminals and that the Orders are complicit in crimes against Humanity! » recalled the lawyer. Commenting on this decision, the president of the departmental council of Haute-Garonne, Professor Stéphane Oustric, preferred to kick in, recalling thatthe disciplinary chamber was chaired by an independent magistrate. “It is not the Order that does justice” he defends himself.

Even if I am more "Bigard" than Descartes in my everyday behavior...

When one of my kids had a fever of 40... I would rather see my emergency general practitioner, rather than order a ticket from Fnac for the next Tatane concert or the next Bigard show...

English justice was due to give its final verdict on March 5, on the extradition of Julien Assange...

I didn't see anything happen? ? ?

As he was suffering, he had not already attended the trial 15 days ago, would we be heading towards an aggravated state of the prisoner, then a non-extradition, given his alarming physical state?

ah here is a censorship among others, which takes its place here

the young YouTuber journalist dared to speak with Renauld Camus who dared to pronounce "great replacement".

: Arrow: Bim through the nose.

In the process, an interview with the communist-sovereign Kuzmanovic (who is an interesting guy) is postponed.

Please keep your mouth shut and definitely not think. France, former country of Enlightenment, is plunging into darkness.

This is more like GAFA censorship (as there were hundreds during Covid...)...than French censorship...right?

Unless some “French high-flyers” can contact the Youtube admins? : Shock:

Do you believe? : roll: : roll: : roll:
