Bof, well, well!
One of the first solutions we see is their payment solution for quantities of rikiki energy that probably cheaper solutions made in China can solve. While true electric comfort is much more demanding than that.
I saw a few days ago on TV that the rainforest of Cameroon or Senegal was used to make charcoal for cooking. High quality wood!
This thing is solutions for campers!

Idem.
The only interest of this type of approach, could be to voluntarily accept to pay a little more expensive its current to finance the RE, but it is already possible.
On the other hand, depend for the financing of "innovative storage solutions"current" mobile prepaid networks "so that operators can dig deeper: that's a big NIET

"True electric comfort" is the current situation in Europe "it's flowing freely".
In African villages, the electric comfort starts with lighting in the evening, for that the LEDs are a great progress efficiency issue!
Candles are expensive ..., compare with the price of the subscription? Most people do not have enough money to buy the equipment!
Then be able to charge your phone, listen to music, it's uncomfortable comforts.
There are many examples with a small source and many users, for example 900 people with a 80 kW turbine.

or there http://www.madagascar-tribune.com/Sept- ... 20029.html
If the subscription is too expensive, it will not interest anyone, people often use truck batteries at the end of life.
