Hello,
I have a drill pump changed a year ago, last year to fill the pool I put it live without going through the ball, everything was fine.
This year, with the ball plugged in, the pressure is struggling to build up and it takes me longer than last year to fill the pool
In addition, the power button stops toasting, so I changed it but I do not understand why it has slightly melted. Yesterday on Béziers, I had the capacitor checked, it has nothing.
for short, the pump sucks, but has trouble building up pressure.
Could you help me solve this problem because it is worrying
Thank you to all
pool pump: I do not understand why
water pump
Clear question, easy answer.
You speak of a drilling pump (pump immersed in the drilling tube at least 50 meters or?) In this case no suction.

answer
indeed, I was not clear.
It is indeed a drilling pump, submerged at 40 m
it sucks but the ball does not exceed 2-3 bars ......
I do not understand anything
Thanks in any case for answering me

Uh 2 to 3 bar is not enough to fill the pool?
Is it a pump submerged in the well?
If the button has melted it is because there has been an overcurrent ... Has there been a storm lately by any chance? You say you changed it a year ago ... for what reason? Is it simply perhaps the same reason for premature wear that is reproducing now?

Submersible pump for drilling
There is a device called an ammeter or better a metric clamp.
To control a pump or other electrical device, this object is essential since it makes it possible to control whether the pump absorbs the intensities indicated on the nameplate necessarily present on the pump.
Yes but you will tell me the pump is at least 40 meters away I cannot see its plate.
If the installation has been done well, the pump can be easily removed from the borehole by hand or with a hoist by making a goat with planks.
Another question pump in three-phase or mono phrasing. If mono
Once the pump is out make tests by putting it in a water tank etc.

Hello,
If you speak well of the pressure of exit of the balloon, I think that your problem is normal.
Your balloon must certainly create a back pressure against the pump.
Suddenly, the flow slows down and the pump consumes more.
You would have to detail your tank installation to be sure (diameters of the conduits, presence of flexible or pressure relief valve, safety group ...)
