Hello,

I do some research currently on the valuation of wood, including used pallets (= packaging waste).
It seems that we can consider energy recovery of pallets at end of life (www.europal.net), especially for supplying collective boilers.
But under what conditions can recovery be in the form of platelets or pellets directly used by individuals? Are you aware of the regulations applying to heating fuels used by private individuals (limits on heavy metals, etc.)?
