Hi Capt and congratulations for your tests. I would be more of a chilly kind, Andre reassured me a bit, I think I'll try on the old ZX.
By cons your clio is it equipped with the miserable Delphi injection pump? Well, apparently it's the kind of pump that breaks down even when it only works at GO. For those interested, see http://tdb70.blogspot.com/

I would like to contribute to this thread.I have a 1.9 diesel atmo from vag in lucas pump.I am trying different mixtures and the best in my eyes is go + hvb.Hier I put 10 l go with 9 liters of hvb and 1 liter of benzine and frankly it rolls ... well.
Nothing abnormal to report.By cons, more noise due to poor combustion oil.Noisier pump too.

Hello carburologist,
The mixture you are talking about is EXACTLY the one I use in summer, it's top .... with a nissan blue bird that has 18 years and 270.000kM.
I will say that your proposed mix is good to start in summer, without serious risk, if you have a suitable injection pump.
Then come winter, and also the desire to go less in percentage of oil :D

Since we are talking about it

I just filled up the cattle (2.2DCI 1850Kg IV space), 95% highway trip with air conditioning

Conso displayed by the computer 7.9L / 100 with the last trips
Conso real 7.4 L / 100 (915km for 68L of fuel) it is better than the card manufacturer!

I reloaded with 7% of SP95 in regular diesel (Carrefour)

Re hello!

I did not look at what type of GO pump was equipped with the Clio III 1.5 DCI 70Cv, but I'm at my 5th full without stories

on the space IV 2.2DCI I'm at my 6ème always without trouble, and frankly no fumes visible foot to the floor

the cons has remained almost stable on 2700 terminals that I just hit me during my holidays, full pot with air conditioning :D , 7.6 L / 100 on the penultimate full in mountain

results on an electrogenic group?

1er result for me.

XN 2.1 TD 193.000 km, LUCAS pump

Mixture: 46.11 l of GO, 4 l of SP98 and 20 l HVP + 100 ml acetone.
Route 100 km highway "radar speed" + the rest in the country road (mountain) and a little town.

After six full to 6.19, 6.04, 6.04, 5.99, 6.13, 6.01 I came down to 5.64 l / 100 ... (record to 5.53 l / 100)

Not significant since only one full and the measurement was done only on 436 km, but it's rather encouraging.

I continue !

To you the studios ! 8)

Oh, that's promising, say so!

But ?? Is there a 70 L tank in an XM?

Acetone you put it before you put the SP?

Just to know if the 2 are "cumulative"?

Well to be honest, if I remember correctly, our "practice was relatively similar (oil and acetone) and our results too.

Now I ask myself the same question, ie sp95 is it equal to acetone + SP95 or lower?
