An interesting report, and a good opportunity to share your experiences with these "old", "forgotten" or unusual plants, vegetables, fruits, or varieties.

The CRRG (Regional Center for Genetic Resources) found this strain in 2011 in Abbeville. It was only grown by a single 89-year-old gardener. Son of a market gardener, he has perpetuated this variety since 1941.
