Just a question: is it true that the non-returnable pallets are not milked with junk and the returnable ones are?

Yes, those not recorded are raw.
By cons I do not know what product is used for others. It seems to me a simple stain. Some are painted (blue)

In any case the consignments still rot quite quickly (I had posed in the grass for 2 years ... there was more left over from the 1st slats) ...

in reality you must m be produced as for the wooden chalet or hunted outside not colored then m be your color and finish with a varnish

cover the furniture in case of exterior pluit
if possible, be dry in winter

Oh yes it is very pretty.

We can also recycle the crates sheltered in the cellar for example

I have a friend who made a beautiful pool terrace with recycled facade slats, I would put photos later.
I don't have one under my elbow.

Very pretty and starting from a good feeling ... By cons

Outside the declassified wood of disposable pallets does not last very long ... Hence the questioning of the ecological merits of the operation ... Because when you count the energy spent on work and products spread over it to hold it in good condition....

another question

"Europe" or rental pallets, taken out of the reuse transport network, are as many new reconstructed pallets. Even the so-called disposable pallets are easily resalable (at a very low price, that's for sure) to a pallet trader (there is everywhere where there is industry or transport)

That said I have done many things in recuperated wood at home (essentially oak from demolitions) do not count the hours to tear off the tips ....
I even have a batch of more than a hundred years old joists for those who don't want it
