I bought an excellent book last week at fnac:
"One ecological gesture a day ... to save our planet" by Karen Christensen
I recommend reading this book to everyone: it is not very expensive (12.83 €), and is full of advice and ideas for living and consuming differently, in order to have a minimum impact on the planet.
Everything goes there: housing, garden, food, health, work, transport, etc.
Throw yourself on it!
In addition, it is printed on recycled paper!
A very good book on econology!
Well, it's the first one I buy so I don't have too many points of comparison possible, but I find that there are quite a few things.
What do you mean by "too generalist"?
There can be lots of very general things that if applied would allow us to decrease our harmful impact on the health of the planet!

yes, that's true, but in fact, we already know them almost all.
what most people lack is the awareness of the urgency to apply them.
