Water pipe under slab to cool VMC

by JulienPilette » 09/08/12, 08:10

Hello,
Not having enough land for a Canadian well, I have the idea of passing a simple water pipe (max length) under the cellar slab in order to make a closed circuit and a water / air heat exchanger to the 'entry of my double flow VMC (with a control to circulate only when it is colder or too hot outside).

The other advantage is not to risk bacterial pollution in the blown air.

Do you have ideas and / or advice on this subject?
