Hello, my name is Hadrien TRAN, I am 24 years old, I am a student at emlyon in my final year and I am preparing my end-of-study project on the issue of pollution linked to electronic products.
The objective of this project would be the creation of an effective tool that would convince more French people to buy more durable electronic products and to have them repaired rather than buying new ones.
I would like to ask you a few questions if you have 5 minutes free!
Thank you for your attention and your possible participation in this questionnaire!

Re: Buying durable electronics
Just one question, where to find truly sustainable products?
Does "truly durable" mean fully functional?
And we can add more...

Re: Buying durable electronics
This is commendable, but is it necessary to study to get there.
I'm not going to be much help to you.
The questionnaire, I can't really answer it, because personally, I always try to repair, until death.
I don't hesitate to redo parts, or even modify accessories.
When it really sucks, I buy something new (simple), new, used or salvaged.
But my vice still pushes me to skin the HS machine, to recover what is exploitable, elsewhere or in a hypothetical future.
The counterpart is the mess that clutters up my whole house and my storage.
/ more econological you die!

And all that makes the spouse "yell"! (I speak from experience, because I don't know how to throw, and one day or another, there is always something useful).

Re: Buying durable electronics
the basic problem is not wanting to buy more durable, it's being able to do so.
Very often it's either very expensive or not available and you find yourself having to choose between shit and shit...
