FIN DRILLING with HF

by bidouille23 » 25/02/11, 20:11

Hello everyone ,

Bidouille brings you the good word that was recently brought to him :) , and you're going to tell news and crazy news, I'm telling you.

So I'm going to save this page and send it to me in a solo envelope, yes yes, I'm still looking on the net (even if there's not everything, there's a lot of stuff anyway), and I can't find anything what I'm going to tell you next, well not in this form :) .

So back to high frequencies ;) .

But not to make fog even if we use exactly the same small generator with ceramic pellet. You know the stuff called FOgger ;) .

Here is our simple high frequency generator so far.

Now as recommended you put it in water, if you plug it in it will make water mist simply yes, it's true.

Now if you act like a friend of a friend (;)) and you think that we can very well clean these glasses with you put your glasses with the fogger;) . Above all, don't take these glasses off right away, otherwise you're going to have a big surprise.

If you put something at the level of the focal center if we can say (or the point where the water is burst into micro droplets), well you get a jackhammer or HF water drill.

Yes I said a water drill and drilling in water and with a formidable precision do not put your finger unless you want to inject water under your skin;) .
It pierces the glass like everything else besides, except for the soft stuff that warps (normally they are flexible and dampen the waves;)) that said, it's not an obstacle once you hold it, it's good).

So here you have now for a few euros a water precision drill, everything is imaginable a 3d table for cutting parts as a portable tool too etc etc.

So I summarize:

With a fog generator by vibration of a pellet, ceramic or other, at high frequency such as this

http://www.exo-terra.com/fr/products/fogger.php

We can pierce all types of materials thanks to the abrasion of water at the focal point of the HF generator.

If anyone has knowledge of such an existing system I would like to know it. :) otherwise know that everything is gold and already protected, so used this in the personal context only no trade with it thank you :) otherwise you will hear from us without fail;) and it's fair game :) .

Happy drilling everyone

Hi,

It seems to me very close to ultrasonic machining, a technique that has been used for quite some time to machine hard materials such as quartz and all ceramics with application, among other things, in watch mechanisms and high stability oscillators.

Grateful thank you Cortejuan; lol I know we didn't just invent drilling by pulsed water abrasion but hey I was thinking maybe...

well no a priori in all that I will see it more closely thank you, but all the same I think it is indeed the same thing :) .

enough that it doesn't even cost 20 euros ;)

Known, studied and studied for a long time before 1968 from the military sonars after the war of 40:

We also do ultrasonic welding.

Kidney stones are broken up by concentrated ultrasound at the focal point,
We even do ultrasound heart surgery!!

Finally the sonoluminescence with these bubbles:

look in the dark if there is not a little light??
And some manage to do nuclear fusion reactions as well as Iter!!

There is also electroerosion or spark erosion or spark machining to machine hard metals, which is even easier to mount.

Bonjour,

And here is the rabajoie who arrives with his big hooves :) :) :)

Thank you Dedelco you just broke my dream heuuuuuu of becoming rich by not doing anything lol, in any case thank you you just saved me a solo envelope lolol.

So without laughing thank you Dedelco for all these links ;), seriously what do you do like taff to know all this, or is it your passion ???

I say hats off even if it kills dreams lolo ;)

see you later and above all don't hesitate it works really well for cheap, and pierced in the water it has super important advantages;), and for not even 20 euros it's cool isn't it?

go tchououuussss

Google knows all this, just know that it exists in basic scientific knowledge.
Discoveries and patents are made decades before we hear about it and can realize it!!.

EDM is even simpler than ultrasonic. A capacity and 100 to 200V.

Ultrasound can be very dangerous !!!!!! If no luck.
