What do you think ?
Point by point, my opinion on these 10 measures:
- 1 / Prohibit minors driving motor vehicles with explosion engines Very good idea. In addition to the gains in air and noise pollution, kids will have a harder time "unleashing" electric motors. As a reminder, this type of 2 wheels at a maximum speed limited to 45km / h by law. Have you ever seen a lot of them going at this speed?
- 2 / Electrically Converting Unlicensed Cars (VSP) with an Explosive Engine If you do not delete them completely, why not? Only small problem: this type of cars is much developed in the countryside. Will autonomy be enough?
- 3 / Remove the tax advantages of LPG Here we find one of the great motorsport of nature. In addition to the fact that these fuels are a waste distillation and that if they are not burned in engines, flares will take care of it (no gain for the atmosphere, therefore), this measure would not affect a sufficient number of vehicles for have a real impact.
- 4 / Make a Legal Framework to Enable the Creation of Zero Pollution Traffic Zones Fully agree.
- 5 / Restore the annual car sticker Yes but ... if the income from this vignette is used to finance energy savings, public transport and renewable energy.
- 6 / Restrict the circulation of old cars There, it is really enough limit as proposal. Not everyone can afford a C5, or even a Logan. I have RMIstes mates who live in a house in the middle of the woods and could not get by without their rotten 205. Who will pay them the Logan if their 205 is closed to traffic?
- 7 / Limit CO2 emissions by car Completely agree to limit the emissions of new models (Cf my opinion on point 6). No a posteriori control which would penalize especially the poorest. Just a ban on marketing new models with excessive rejects. This could also be done on the principle of a "floating" scale: prohibition of exceeding the emission average by more than 50%. Thus, as the fleet is renewed, the limit would decrease (this is what is done in Switzerland to be entitled to state aid on low-emission buildings).
- 8 / Unleashing bio energies fully agree as long as "bio" is not just a word written on the pump. If it is to have hectares cultivated with a lot of pesticides, chemical fertilizers and diesel tractors, that only postpones the problem while posing that of food crops that could become less profitable than those to feed our cars. ....
- 9 / Preparing the end of fuel-consuming fuels who can be against such a proposal?
- 10 / Develop Hydrogen Ok, so ... it's a bit of a waste of how you produce the hydrogen in question.
Here, I think I went around. You wanted advice, Bucheron. You'll have at least mine
