A contract that is part of the European H2HAUL project, which works to reduce emissions in road transport.
This European project has a total of 15 partners, including the Dutch group VDL, which will supply 4 of the 16 trucks of this initiative in 2021. "All the trucks of the H2HAUL project will travel several million kilometers to demonstrate the technical and economic rationality of the hydrogen in the field of long-distance transport, which could lead to the production of significant volumes of hydrogen trucks in Europe ", highlights the French group Plastic Omnium.
