yahi : Arrow: I will read or re-read your posts in detail to see what you are doing exactly. Plasma, I know that slab.

there are transformer, diodes of the capacitors and little things without too much importance! it's simple diagrams!
read the post on abc electronique well and let's talk about it again!

I show you what I did yesterday, it's not great:
http://yahi.free.fr/video/plasma/200603 ... 0Video.avi
I preferred the tests at the end of February:

Nlc, if you think you might share your analysis with me about electronics, maybe that will explain why I feel that it worked better the previous time and how to make it better next time!

Bonsoir
In your last assembly, the electronics are excellent: the circuit breaker is well established ...
I see you put deserbant on the tiles. : Mrgreen:
Otherwise I did not get too much of your manipulations?
Do you put bicarbonate?
Is your power supply the arc welding station?
(please give details)
Are your electrodes carbon? : Arrow: BingoFuel
or
Are your electrodes tungsten? : Arrow: CFR
(Because the links and photos, mix the two)
:?: :?: :?:
Thank you

Well i reread your whole post from forum abcalectronic.

If I understood correctly, you want to create a plasma but in the air. On all the videos that you show, you just make an equivalent of the experience of JM naudin.

The principle that you want to make is based on a high voltage spark between 2 electrodes, which allows to ionize the air and then circulate a very high current low voltage.
The starting spark being there only for priming.

But have you solved your diode bridge problems and so on? Obviously not from what you say a little above.
If that tells you, I can come see you with some gear to give you a hand.

yes we should be able to check if the diodes are all good and see if the bridge is correctly mounted! There really seems to be a bp at this level!
Then it can be interesting to measure the intensity and the current at the terminals of the electrodes, I really don't have the impression that there is always the power it should!
we can be organized a meeting during the week!
yes the naudin test, it is to verify that something is happening, it is less violent than in the air to test! and after I intend to use steam, if possible .. we will see when the station is really functional!

Well, I'm available during the week, let's say from 17 p.m. I'm interested in seeing and operating your thing, because supposedly some have applied the same principle in the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine: a high voltage spark to initiate the passage of a strong low voltage current (creation plasma). Supposedly it would spontaneously explode water vapor.

sdc77 had shown us this on another subject, he even put a link or a document I think, but I have the phlegm to look for it : Cheesy:

By cons I finish at 19 pm except Monday or it may be rather!
it is better for it to be a little day, otherwise visibility is less good with lamps!
and yes I think I must have read stories like that too!
I'll see if I have this!

=> MP
I do not find the history of exploding water .. but I will search again.
