Another example of what electronic school offers courses on triode lamps, pentotes? Even in a relatively short time there will be more opportunity to get transitors and other small electronic equipment, already the little handyman who wants electronic components, must undress material discarded ..

it's something else ... I learned electronics with transistors ... I learned nothing about the lamp circuit ... if not the principle in physics but without application. .. that did not stop me from asking myself about the first machine I had to repair with a lamp: a high-frequency gluing machine with a triode of 30KW! ... when we have good base we can always learn what's new

reading and writing is more serious! if this base is missed nothing else is possible ... to lose the possibility of writing without material is a recoil without name

Hello
We all agree on the fact of knowing how to write, to know ..... I am an old man from the last war generation, I learned the electronic lamps first, the robbery, the electric relays then automatons, computers ..
Yet I would do more of my GPS to travel in the north or nature is confusing, even with good maps, in fact it simplifies the tasks for navigation and the driver can devote himself to something else, if the weather is getting worse.
If it fails I would manage to get by without GPS without a bug as well as any other instrument on board is the experience ..
But how to counter the wave that is coming, when the majority will opt for it, we will be powerless ..
aside from saying our disapproval on a forum..
The knowledge of the builders of the pyramids may have disappeared in this way. Despite what is written in the stone.

re,

André, one of the solutions is not to accept, it starts with that, then to understand the difference between tools and knowledge.

The important thing is to keep our values alive in the reality of everyday life and to let the knowledge flow to everyone.

Try to be careful not to fall into the illusion of the facility put forward by technology.

You must know how to use but not be used by modern tools.
And let it know in everyday life not just on a forum ...

Personally I accompany auto renovator and auto-builder of house, even if it's no longer my job, but I like to show what I know and learn what I do not know, and I'm not the only one are more and more numerous, a little forced by the times that run you will tell me but somewhere is a good thing in the end;) ...

I am sure that you have passed all this to your children, and that even if he does not apply it every day he knows it and the day will come tilter, the seed is planted as said, when the middle will be propitious it will germinate;) ... and it's the same for everyone ...
To give up is to accept, must we give up?

We are here proof that no .... it is the small streams that make the great river;) ... we are the streams ...

We must come back to reality:
Sell computer equipment, and here it is a genius idea!
Diabolical, but great, people will be forced to buy equipment to communicate.
Bingo!

there was the same kind of debate when the teachers were eager to learn to write with pen and inkwell ... and everyone had ballpoint pens!

but the problem was not the same! the ball pen was a real progress: more practical and cheap, so why not

the transition to electronic writing is not a progress, it condemns us to the depandance of something we do not control, and with which we will cheat!

it is the return to antiquity, when writing was complicated and reserved for specialists ... it will not be reserved for specialists who know, but for those who have the material

Bidouille23 sums things up well:
... and I'm not the only one, we are more and more numerous, a little forced by the times.

This is the paradox touched by many: the increasing technical sophistication makes us more and more dependent, creating a form of obligation of use and, at the same time, it increases the inequality that prevents many from accessing these tools ...

but the problem was not the same! the ball pen was a real progress: more practical and cheap, so why not

not quite! Writing with a pen required a slower writing, well formed and therefore readable with a rectified writing position. The ballpoint pen accelerated the writing (already go faster), removed the writing position and distorted the formation of letters.
Most of the current children are slumped on their notebooks, their eyes three inches from the paper and twisted on their chairs. It's a whole!
