For all those that I have seen selling (in terms of replacing the halogen bulb headlights H4 projectors for example) they give them to 85 ° C, I think to get to 2'500 Lumens XHP50 >>> with 18 Watts is the optimum temperature? (They would take 150 ° C, so they operate at half their potential resistance) In any case it is designed to withstand, in the specifications are still around 15'000 hours or 30'000.
They are in principle equipped with a fan with a temperature sensor so as not to exceed 85 ° C (if I am not mistaken, but be careful, we are talking about CREE). For me, the value at 25 ° C is theoretical in order to have good resistance in the spectrum, so as a "low" point of reference, because under voltage it heats up very, very quickly. The MT-G2 as projector (without fan) is given at 50'000hr >>> What do you think?
I do not know, I have trouble with English. The important thing is that you have the flow at the end of this time.
12 page of the pdf, a test curve shows that flow characteristics decrease with temperature and time. Is there a lack of consistency with the temperature?

Pure speculation on my part, but based on the information collected here and there and the idea that I made myself of it:

If I understood the trick (and it would surprise me that I understood everything Image ) they give them to 15'000 hours, like that, at least, they are assured that they are "in the nails" during all the eligible duration (?), theoretically and without advancing too much, they could last until at 100 hours (on non-stop for> 000 years). The 10 year warranty is already 3 hours ... I do think the electronics might fail before (Hoping not to say a big blunder, but that's why sellers are so confused with the lifespan .. . or lifespan in use?) With graphene type condos 25 years?

RTDC.

Hello, I have another little question ..

Do you think I should use upgraded conventional LED bulbs instead of LED bulbs with COB LEDs? And why?

Yes and no
what is improved LEDs?
smd 3528?
smd 2835?
smd 5730?
smd 5050?
...
what hot or cold wavelength, or the full spectrum?
what power?
...
..

The format of the SMD is a question of choice power / brightness.

Ditto for color T °, some do not appreciate the T ° 6500 ° K they consider too cold and give a pallid complexion.

It is in any case a successful product if manufactured with good quality control by serious companies.

For power, rely on that of previously used bulbs.

In everyday life, the comfort is much higher with instant ignition and irreproachable quality.
It changes fluocompactes. : Mrgreen:

I recently threw a real Mini Maglite torch precisely because I had made this reflection (bulb HS, false contact ...).
At the time (25 years ago, it was worth 30 €)

I still have not bought a LED torch (in CREE, of course) to replace it. :?

The current equivalent would be this kind of product, in fact a very superior product even: NITECORE LAMP
