Always the same problem with the press, there is almost as much left in the instrument and on the contact surfaces.

After take a knife to recover everything ... in short, to be satisfied with the press.

It would take some kind of sprayer.

But maybe it's impossible with garlic ...

Or uninteresting commercially to manufacture.

The scraper * seems to me to be well enough adjusted to do a clean job and to have graters of this brand, I can attest to their effectiveness.
* They did not do it in the video, but the scraper could have scraped the bottom of the rasp!
