pascal hello
beautiful achievement!
A question for a champion: how much does it cost, Actually, all inclusive, a patent for France?
second: are you aware of the European unitary patent?

price of a french patent

Hello Janic,
The price of the French patent application for an individual who manages everything from A to Z was 268 € in 2013 (250 € for the file to which 18 € should be added for the first year of the fee).

Precautions: it is however necessary to check before each deposit if it has not evolved or evolved (everything generally increases!).

For the unified European patent I do not know: it is recent and I have not yet learned about its characteristics.

useful links on patents

by Pascal HA PHAM » 14/11/14, 16:47

in addition to my post:

Deposit cost of a French patent: it is always good 268 € (with 50% reduction for an individual) INPI link:
http://www.inpi.fr/fr/brevets/deposer-u ... depot.html

European unitary patent: 13 treaty ratifications see link
http://www.epo.org/law-practice/unitary_fr.html

Complementary link to the current status of ratifications: there would be only 5 notified including France!
http://www.consilium.europa.eu/policies ... doclang=EN

This is Janic, you know everything now!

Issuance of the 3ème patent concerning the ROBIPLAN

by Pascal HA PHAM » 30/12/14, 14:44

Hello,
Nice gift from NOEL: the issuance of the 3ème patent concerning the ROBIPLAN aeromotor, this patent is due to a close collaboration between Eric SORTINO and myself ... we are 2 co-inventors to deserve this official release.

A 4th patent, which pushes the limits of the ROBIPLAN concept much further, has already been acquired, however, & for strategic reasons (the 20 years of protection have passed too quickly), I am not filing it now "we will see later"

A + friends

Yves

Hello Yves, I am currently at 16 filed, on the 16 there is just half, 8 self that are immediately without prior any .... and the 8 with opposition of prior art potential, at minus 2 (the first 2 on ROBIPLAN) were taxed by my fault = I did not know how to exploit the good discriminance in the claim N ° 1.
BRIEF EXPLANATION:
in the first patent, this one:
http://fr.espacenet.com/publicationDeta ... cale=fr_FR
like a bitch I diluted the discrimination in the claims that follow the 1 No. and NEVER DO THIS, the reviewers sent me a letter to explain to me ..... they were sorry for me ! and told me in writing what should have been done.
in the second, this one:
http://fr.espacenet.com/publicationDeta ... cale=fr_FR
I forgot to mention in claim No. 1 that the rotating crown behaved like a flywheel ..... rebelote! taxed of potential anteriorities ..... it was necessary that I take it again a third time and there, I did not miss: the N ° 1 includes among others the mention of the curve of VIVIANI and a clélie of PAPPUS with n = 1 concerning the curves described in space by the points of the biplane ..... OUF like what a failure has to be reworked to finally, one day, bring his bunch of fruits!
Image

otherwise there is in my neuron box, just below where I lose my hair, there are 4 new patents to come ... strategically 3 are not urgent, and one (filed to our 2 names :D :D ) will see the day one of these 4.

NB: on the 8 without anteriority there is 2 that I share with you Yves (ZZ1 and ZZ2) and one that I just received, that I share with Eric SORTINO ..... nice collaboration all that!

A + Yves
A + friends and happy holidays at the end of the year to everyone

Hi Pascal

You are an excellent inventor

And a very good patent editor.

Do not break your head too much for some picky rounds of leather

Because the essential is elsewhere.

And best wishes 2015!

They are picky, but it must be good if we want the patent to be useful ... and rounds of leather that evaluate a possible counterfeit will be much more than the analysts INPI

And I wonder in passing if there are not some (legal) weaknesses:
The paragraph of the claims must be drafted in the most general way possible (in particular to example).
But when it is indicated that the biplanes turn on a horizontal and vertical [...] axis,
I say to myself:
What happens if a "counterfeiter" uses 1 and 91 ° biplanes

These are years of proceedings that only lawyers will win ...

here is Bamboo, you come to understand everything !!

If you are a general, the INPI puts you in front of the mouth

If you are very discriminating, you lock yourself in a little technico-legal corner that is easy to circumvent

If you want to get high somewhere in between, you'll have both drawbacks. No neighborhood or gifts for the "little ones".

In any case, the patent does not protect you in any way. It is your lawyers and your dough who will defend your piece of paper (if you have the desire, the means and the courage ...), without legal guarantee neither at the beginning nor at the end !!

remain ultimately the pleasure of technical creation, of human progress, and to leave something of oneself and one's soul on Earth ...
