They are the same reports so it is not necessary to download both versions.

However, we recommend the version of 19 / 20 because it was broadcast to Mr Attali, interviewed just before.

Our comments.

We will regret:
1) The blatant and "insulting" appropriation of the process by the farmer at the start of the report (it's a tissue of lies)
2) The anonymity of the interviewees which does not go in the direction of the credibility of the process.
